|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy, alter the quantity if necessary, and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.|
You can pay at checkout using PayPal or Visa and Mastercard payments. Or, if you prefer, you can pay us by cheque or we can take credit card payment by telephone.
Please note that we have a minimum product value per order of £15.00 (including VAT where applicable). This is because we actually subsidise the delivery charge, so we would make no money on any order of less than £15 value.

|Shipping And Handling All orders will have a minimum delivery charge of £6.95 (plus VAT at 20%) added to the amount due for the items ordered, at the checkout screen. This will cover deliveries of up to 20 kgs. |
Above 20 kgs, an additional delivery charge of £3.00 per 10 kg step will be applied, e.g. over 20 kgs and up to 30 kgs will cost £9.95 (plus VAT), and so on. These additional charges are less than half of the total costs that we incur for packaging and next-day delivery.
Part shipping of an order will only be accepted where the Customers pays for the additional cost involved.
|Delivery Schedule We are normally able to deliver your order within a few days, sometimes next-day. Occasionally, some items may be in short supply, in which case this will be noted against the item in the Catalogue. On receipt of your order, we will advise you by email of the despatch date (Monday to Thursday only). Delivery is on a day-after-despatch basis via Fedex, in an insulated, (non-returnable) chilled container. If the proposed date is not suitable, please advise us immediately. If you are at work or away from home during the day, please tell us if another suitable address could be used (a neighbour, for example) or if we could leave the product safely somewhere - like in a porch or garage. We will do all we can to meet your requirements. |
If you do not tell us where the package may be left should there be no-one available when FedEx attempt delivery, we always put the following on the address label: "If out, please leave safely and Card"
IT IS ESSENTIAL that a telephone number is shown on your order which the delivery driver can call, if necessary, if he has any problems when trying to make a delivery. For the same reason, if your address is not easy to find, please tell us how the driver may find you
|Tax Charges VAT at 20% is payable on the £6.95 delivery charge so you will see a VAT amount of £1.39 when you get to the payment screen. Standard rate VAT is also payable on Pet Meat products, although not those bought as being for use by Working Dogs, in which case VAT is not due.|
|Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed via our website using 128 bit encryption. Unless you pay by credit card directly (by 'phone, for example) we do not see your credit card details. Neither are they held in clear text on any web site.|

We use an external Laboratory for product bacterialogical testing to help ascertain the quality of the meats we use.
We value your business and want you to be really satisfied with our products and our service. If you are unhappy with either, we want to know and will do our very best to resolve any problems.
In the unlikely event that any products are felt by our Customers to be unsatisfactory, we will either replace or refund at our discretion, apart from which no further liability will be accepted.
